The questions founders always ask
Is this just another mastermind or course?
No. A mastermind gives you a room and general advice. A course gives you a framework for a hypothetical founder. This is 1:1, built around your specific numbers and bottlenecks — and I've actually built brands at the scale you're reaching for.
I've worked with agencies/consultants before and it didn't work.
Usually that's not incompetence — it's that what they delivered wasn't calibrated to your business. I audit your specific constraints and build a plan around your specific situation. If you've been burned, bring that skepticism to the call.
I'm not sure the timing is right.
If it's a real constraint — a big inventory order, tight cash flow — I'd rather you wait until you can execute. But if it's fear dressed up as timing, remember every month you wait is a month your competitors are executing on what you're not.
What if it doesn't work?
The vast majority of founders who work with me and execute see meaningful results. The most common reason an engagement underperforms is not implementing between sessions. This isn't done-for-you — you have to be in it. If the real issue is fit, I'd rather find that out on the call.
How much does it cost, and do you take equity?
No equity, ever. It's a flat fee based on how much direct access you need, starting at $10,000 up to $150,000. We'll map the exact scope on the call.
